Billy Talent join Sum 41 and Don Broco for Slam Dunk Festival North 2021 in Leeds
and live on Freeview channel 276
The Canadian band was part of the original 2020 line up which was cancelled due to the coronavirus crisis.
Other confirmed returning artists are While She Sleeps, Bury Tomorrow, State Champs, The Used, The Story So Far, 3OH!3, The Wonder Years, Motion City Soundtrack, and Code Orange.

Hide AdPreviously announced headliners include Pennywise, NOFX, Reel Big Fish and The Vandals.
There will be no more 2020 acts on next year's line up.
The new additions to the line up will be announced later this year.
Tickets purchased for the 2020 festival, which is held in Temple Newsam, will be valid for 2021.
Slam Dunk 2021 will be the festival's 15th anniversary.
Slam Dunk Festival Director Ben Ray said he intends to make it a "special one".

Hide AdMr Ray said: "Not delivering Slam Dunk Festival in 2020 was hard, but with 2021 being the 15th anniversary we will be sure to make it a special one for us all.
"With overwhelming support shown by our fans by keeping hold of their tickets, I felt it was important to try to give them as many of the artists they bought their tickets for as possible.
"Therefore I’m so happy to be able to confirm the majority will be returning."
Slam Dunk 2021 will run from Saturday, May 29 to Sunday, May 30.

Tickets cost £8.80 and can also be purchased on the website.
History of Slam Dunk Festival in Leeds:
Slam Dunk started out as a pop-punk club night at The Cockpit in the early 2000s.
It then began to host gigs from international artists such as Falloutboy, Paramore and Panic! at The Disco.

Hide AdAfter the success of the gig nights, Slam Dunk Festival was launched.
It now holds two festivals a year, one in Leeds called Slam Dunk North, and one in Hertfordshire, called Slam Dunk South.
The North festival is held in Temple Newsam.
It was held in Millennium Square until 2018.
The south festival is held in Hatfield House, just 21 miles north of London.
Slam Dunk also hosts a club night at The Key Club on Merrion Street.
