Hunslet need to transfer Cup form to the league says Bramald
Hawks have recorded two outstanding wins in the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup, earning a home tie against First Utility Super League giants Salford Red Devils in next weekend’s fifth round, but have yet to get off the mark in the league.
With the likes of Rochdale, Toulouse and York setting a fast early pace, Hawks – who travel to Newcastle Thunder tomorrow (3pm) – need to get some points on the board.

“The players know it and they are keen to get out there and put a few things right.
“We have got an idea of what we’ve not been doing right and we have worked on some things over the last couple of weeks. Hopefully we can be right on top of our game and go up there and get a positive result.”
Bramald added: “It is a confidence thing.
“Once we do get a win under our belt I think we will see a change, not in attitude, but approach and confidence.
“The players will start to believe in what we are doing.

“We just need to put it all together for something approaching an 80-minute performance and everything should come right.”
