B&M is recalling its chicken nuggets due to salmonella contamination - the batches affected

A batch of chicken nuggets sold in B&M and Heron Foods stores is being recalled due to salmonella contamination.

Customers who have purchased the affected product are advised not to consume it and instead return it to stores for a full refund.

Which product is being recalled?

Vestey Foods is recalling its Chick Inn 32 Jumbo Chicken Nuggets after salmonella was found in the product.

The food item is sold at B&M, B&M Express and Heron Food only.

The nuggets have a pack size of 650g, a lot number of 31453058, and a best-before-end date of January 2022.

The batch code and best before date can be found on the back of the packaging in the bottom left hand corner.
