Fresh pasta pop-up Pazza arrives in Leeds
Pazza, who specialise in fresh pasta and delicious sauces, will be bringing their unique take on the beloved Italian staple to Leeds from mid-February.
It will be popping up at MOD Pizza in the city centre aiming to tempt foodies with an express lunch break or a leisurely sit-down dinner.

The Pazza menu will consist of seven standout dishes, as well as the build your own concept. Show stoppers include tChicken and Chorizo Alfredo, made with fresh rigatoni, sundried tomatoes, spinach and parmesan, and the Italian staple, Bolognese with beef and red wine, sage, thyme and parmesan.
The vegetarian and vegan offerings are just as tempting, and include favourites such as Al Pesto with spinach, courgettes, feta and fresh scialatelli, and the classic Pomodoro with oregano, garlic and a signature tomato sauce.
Cooked fresh to order, the Pazza range will also include three bite-size pasta dishes for kids. The new menu will be complemented with an authentic, hand-stretched garlic bread.

Hide AdPazza is due to open to the public from Friday, February 14, with its treat team handing out branded goodie bags to over 5,000 lucky Leeds city centre commuters on Thursday, February 20, and Friday, February 21.
