A man is due to appear in court after a teenager's hand was chopped off in a machete attack in Swarcliffe.
The machete attack happened in Stanks Parade just after 9.30pm on Tuesday, April 13.
An 18-year-old man's hand had been completely severed.
He is receiving treatment in hospital but his condition is not thought to be life-threatening.

Hide AdGeorge Johns, aged 24, of Swarcliffe, has been charged with one count of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm and one count of violent disorder in relation to the incident.
