North Lane Headingley: Police find car used in hit-and-run after three men arrested

Detectives launched an attempted murder investigation after a man was deliberately run over by a car in North Lane at 10.20pm last night (Monday).
Witnesses saw a fight between a number of men and then a car was driven into some of the men involved.

Hide AdA 34-year-old man was seriously injured and taken to hospital.
He is in a critical condition.
A grey Mazda 3 Sport, which was used in the incident, was found after police put out an appeal for information from the public this morning.
Three men remain in custody and enquiries are ongoing.
Police cordoned off a large area in North Lane to undergo forensic examination and specialist searches.
A drone was being used to assist the investigation.
