A police officer in Leeds and former member of staff on the force have been charged with perverting the course of justice.
PC Mark Hinchliffe, 42, and Lisa Hinchliffe, 38, have been charged in relation to speeding offences they are alleged to have committed while off-duty.
PC Hinchliffe has been suspended from duty while Lisa Hinchliffe, who was a staff member at the time of the alleged offences, has since resigned from the force.
They are due to appear before Bradford Magistrates Court tomorrow (Wednesday).
