Leeds Council parking: Everything you need to know as charges set to resume

The council is making some significant changes to parking charges.

Councillor Judith Blake, leader of Leeds City Council, said: “We are proud that Leeds was one of the first council’s to introduce free parking in a bid to ease some of the pressure on those still going to work during the pandemic.
