A Roundhay father has spoken of his "wonderful" toddler son who died when he was hit by a bus while riding his new tricycle.

Paramedics fought to save the life of the youngster who died in Leeds General Infirmary.
The devastated family were being comforted at their home in Thorn Lane, Roundhay, as police worked to determine the exact circumstances of the tragedy.
The boy's father, Prafulla Shimpi was distraught as he described his only child as a "very intelligent, very talkative and very friendly" little boy who was liked by all who met him. He said that he had assembled the bike for his son the previous day.
He said his son had been riding on the narrow pavement accompanied by his mother. They were returning home after registering Aryan at a local nursery school.
Weeping Mr Shimpi said his wife and he were unconsolable.
Mr Shimpi works in Leeds as a computer software engineer for Mastek Ltd, part of Indian-based Capital Finance Group.
The couple originate from Mumbai and have lived in Britain for two years.
A floral tribute was placed in a makeshift vase at the scene with a simple note which read simply 'Baby Aryan – God Bless'.
